Job Details

• Job Title: Customer Service Representative cum Graphic Designer
• Location: Disclosed upon selection
• Job Type: Full-time (8 A.M - 7 P.M)
• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
• Duration: 6 Months (1st month unpaid)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries.
• Design and layout printing materials (business cards, flyers, brochures).
• Operate printing equipment (photocopiers, printers, laminators).
• Manage sales transactions, inventory, and sales records.
• Maintain store displays, restock shelves, and ensure cleanliness.
• Fulfill orders, package, and distribute printed materials.
• Manage cash/online transactions, and operate point-of-sale systems.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with printing equipment and technology.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.

Education and Training

• Certification in Graphic Design (Entry level) and Customer Service Representative.
